Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on our official Shopify store, covering order processing time and international delivery schedules.
1 Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed, inspected, packaged, and dispatched within1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing time excludes weekends and local public holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
2 International Delivery Time
For orders shipped to European and American countries and regions, the standard delivery time is 15 to 30 working days after dispatch. International delivery time may be affected by customs clearance procedures, local logistics efficiency, peak shipping seasons, or unexpected force majeure factors.
3 Shipping Notes
Customers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or related handling fees incurred during international delivery. We do not cover additional fees generated by local customs regulations. We will provide valid shipping tracking information once your order is dispatched for real-time logistics checking.
